McConnell's Fine Ice Creams has been making fine ice creams from scratch since 1949, using the finest available ingredients from grass-grazed milk & cream to organic, cage-free eggs. They do not add any stabilizers, preservatives or fillers. Founders Gordon "Mac" and Ernesteen McConnell were looking for a way to make ice cream without the artificial flavors, colorings, and sweeteners that had become widespread in the US. Instead, they decided to look to local farms and purveyors for their ingredients.
