Schedule a 30-minute phone conversation with one of the founders to get to know you and set expectations.
If there’s interest on both sides, we’ll get the team together to meet you and walk through a couple projects of your choice.
We may ask to catch up with former colleagues to better understand how you work within a team.
If the fit is mutual, we’ll work together on employment details so we all feel amazing about the opportunity.
