Would Works employs and trains people experiencing homelessness in woodworking. Their Artisans build confidence and community while forging a pathway to self-sufficiency. They offer three core programs, including a Beginner Builder Program, Young Makers Program, and Community Builders Program, providing over 6,000 hours of paid employment and hands-on woodworking training. Their story is one of listening to people in need and coming up with a way to help, and they have grown into a thriving social enterprise with the support of the Los Angeles woodworking community and homeless service providers.
