Ground Up is a social enterprise that empowers women by providing job skills through their 6-9 month employment training program. Their unique nut butters are made with clean ingredients, no added sugar, and no palm oil. Their founders, Julie Sullivan and Carolyn Cesario, recognized the need for a social impact business in Portland and combined their passions for nut butter and women's empowerment to create Ground Up.
